What we require

- We expect you have knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, Ethereum protocol, and NFTs and, of course, a clear vision about what Ibiza Token is, its value proposition, and the main features of its products.
- We expect you to be an active user across Social Media channels ( especially on Telegram, Discord, Reddit, Clubhouse, Fb groups), you count on communication skills, high motivation, critical thinking, flexibility, and desire to put yourself out.
What roles we are looking for and what we expect
- CONTENT CREATORS
Requirements: Ability to propose and develop fresh ideas and exploring different perspectives in the blockchain, crypto, NFTs spaces.
Main objective: Create awareness about the project, its values, and opportunities.
Tasks: Create videos, articles, artworks, motion graphics, or any other content consistent with the Ibiza Token Marketing strategy. If you are encouraged to apply for this position, we will ask you to send over at least two pieces of content in line with our brand identity, so we can properly consider your role.
Qualification recognition: Ibiza Token official badge with the qualification name.
2. MODERATORS
Requirement: Background within crypto and technological industries, and experience in community management.
Main objective: Increase community members’ engagement.
Tasks: Ensure that Ibiza Token’s social media channels remain as a primary source for finding project information, updates, and receiving answers to questions or queries. Turn the social media channels into places where members are always encouraged to share opinions, inputs, and suggestions.
Qualification recognition: Ibiza Token official badge with the qualification name.
3. CONNECTORS
Requirement: Have an existing user base, mailing list, or lead selection. Be an active member within relevant online communities or influential in local/global communities.
Main objective: Raise project awareness among project enthusiasts and potential partners, establish and grow regional communities, engage online and physical communities.
Tasks: Organise physical (local and global) or online events around Ibiza Token activities ranging from local meetings and conferences to online team Q&A sessions, beta testing, and product usage. Develop bespoke online activities to reach and engage new users in order to grow existing Ibiza Token communities.
Qualification recognition: Official Ibiza Token badge with the name of the qualification.
4. TRANSLATORS
Requirement: Ability to translate multiple content styles, understand technical language and specialized terminology, adapt content according to the context.
Main objective: To effectively promote the project’s understanding among the different local communities.
Tasks: Translate and share official content such as advertisements, blog posts, YouTube videos, etc.
Qualification recognition: Official Ibiza Token badge with the name of the qualification.
